Are your cakes baked fresh?
Yes! All of our cakes and treats are freshly baked to order using premium ingredients to ensure the best quality and flavour.
How should I store my order?
Cake Jars: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 5 days.
Loaf Cakes: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Brownies: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Cinnamon Rolls: Best enjoyed within 3 days. Warm for 10–15 seconds before serving for the best taste.
Can I freeze my bakes?
Yes! Most of our products can be frozen for up to 3 months. Wrap them well and allow them to defrost fully before enjoying.
Do you offer UK delivery?
Yes! We deliver our freshly baked treats across the UK using carefully selected delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely.
Do you offer local collection?
Yes. Local collection is available from our church. Simply select Local Collection at checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care when packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
As all of our products are freshly made to order, changes or cancellations can only be accepted if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Can I customise my order?
We offer a range of flavours and seasonal specials. If you're looking for something bespoke, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
